The surprise chef who arrived from Italy.
Elena wasn't always a cook, but she always had a gift for making everyone feel at home.
After years of working as a waitress and standing out for her attention to detail, Elena began to learn the secrets of cooking, just by watching and lending a hand behind the scenes, while working alongside experienced chefs.
In 2023, Elena took the big leap when, together with Jorge, she opened Il Bar, the dream they had both shared for a long time.
At first, cooking was a challenge, a necessity, but it soon became his true passion.
Although she always jokes that she won't be the one inventing new dishes at night... the truth is that she does it more than you imagine!
Over the past two years, he has perfected his ability to turn the simple into the exquisite, always with quality ingredients, lots of love and a special touch.
